Anything touching the heater element, under shell plumbing, or the electrical panel is referred to a licensed pool and spa contractor, not taken on.
Travel
Driving within 10 minutes of Port Angeles carries no travel charge. Past that, travel is 90 cents for each minute of round trip driving, rounded to the nearest 5 dollars. Visits are scheduled in daylight hours only, so there is never a night surcharge.
What repair does not cover
Washington does not require a contractor license for cleaning and chemical work. It does for anything touching plumbing, electrical, heaters, or piping. That work is referred to a licensed pool and spa contractor, not taken on here.
