What is needed

  1. The property address.
  2. Your Airbnb or VRBO calendar's iCal link, from the listing's Calendar page, under Availability, then Connect calendars, then Connect to another website. This is a read only export, not co host access.
  3. The listing's standard guest checkout time. The calendar feed carries booking dates only, not the checkout hour, so this has to be confirmed once, directly.
  4. Whether there is a usable, grassed area for a partial drain, clear of any well, drainfield, or property line.
